Nnamdi Versus Hon Justice Tsoho

As the leader of indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) appear in court today, the world is watching Hon justice Tsoho to know if he will defend the right of individual as enshrined in the United Nation (U.N) charter of 2007. It is of interest to know that the world come together and decided to uphold the right of indigenous people. Nigeria is a signatory to this Law that gives people or group the right to protest and agitate for freedom.

However, in United State constitution there are two overall ideas shape the Constitution. First, America is a democratic State . In a democracy, the people have the ultimate power over government because they elect the leaders. Second, no government official is above the law. But in Nigeria, the reverse is the case, President Buhari has become a law himself. He decides who goes to jail and who will work freely in the street despite the order of the court. Nigeria has become a lawless state. Today, Nnamdi kanu the leader of IPOB will appear  before Hon John Tsoho for bail application. The president has given his order to Hon Justice John Tsoho not to release Nnamdi Kanu and paid One Hundred Million Naira (N100,000000). The question is will he obey this order that is against the right of individual?  Against human right and indeed the judiciary which is only hope for defenseless people. The judiciary in Nigeria will be put to test today after several orders to release Nnamdi Kanu unconditionally from the same court.
Hon John Tsoho is on the stage once again to show whether the human right will be upheld in Nigeria. In fact in United state there is what we called the Bill of Rights that allows American citizens enjoy many basic rights (freedoms and privileges). In the United States, you have the right to worship as you choose. You have the right to speak freely and to read the books you want to read. If you disagree with government policies, you have the right to protest against them.  Nigeria is a Democratic country but, people are being killed when they protest and jailed when they speak against the government. Nnamdi Kanu only used his mouth to talk about the inhuman treatment of his people and demand for their freedom Therefore, he should be released unconditionally today. Please share and follow!
